How Does The Online CPO Certification Course Work?
The online CPO Course is broken into 2 parts:
Part 1 - Self-Paced Video Series: This video series is created and managed by The Pool And Hot Tub Alliance, the organization that runs the CPO Certification. This video series is 8-10 hours in length. It's also self-paced so you can complete it when it is convenient for you. Please do note that the video series does need to be completed before you can move on to Part 2.
Part 2 - Live Zoom Training & Exam: You will join your instructor via Zoom on your chosen Zoom date to receive the remainder of the training needed to be successful on the exam and as an operator. You will also take the exam during this Zoom meeting as well. The total duration of this live zoom is 6-7 hours in length, so be sure to plan your day accordingly.

Educational Video Series: These videos are self-paced and you can watch them whenever you'd like. They will be sent once we receive your payment and are able to get you registered. Completion of this video series before your scheduled Zoom Virtual Class is mandatory.
Zoom Virtual Class Time: Though the video module series is self-paced and can be completed at your leisure, the Zoom® Meeting on the exam date you choose will be held from 9:00am-5:00pm (NOTE: This is Mountain Time) on your scheduled exam date. Attendance is mandatory for CPO Certification
